Do you ever wonder what to do when you’re feeling crummy?

Our vibration has everything to do with what we create in our life… and when we are feeling down, it simply means that we are not in alignment with our inner being.

The key to getting what we want out of life comes down to taking control of our mood and doing everything we can to lift our vibration to stay in a state of joy and prosperity.

So if you are stressed, depressed, or feeling low, you can instantly lift your mood by applying these 3 strategies:

  1. Listening to your favorite music.  Find a song or two that speaks to your soul, and makes you feel alive.  Whenever you are feeling down, pop in your earbuds and spend a few minutes really feeling that song.
  2. Breathe, and release the oars of your boat.  What does this mean exactly? Our lives are metaphorically like gliding in a boat, heading downstream.  When we stay in alignment with our true self, and let our inner being and the Universe guide us to everything that we want, life becomes easy and care free, and we are then in the allowing mode to let the Universe deliver us everything that we desire.  It is when we try to paddle up stream that we create resistance and then we pinch off the flow of the abundance of source energy that is there to assist us.  Release the oars, glide downstream, and know that the Universe has your back.
  3. Meditation. This is such a fantastic way to quiet your mind and get into alignment.  Get into comfortable clothes, close the blinds, and get into a comfortable position.  I recommend setting your timer for 15 minutes.  Then close your eyes and begin to take slow, deep breaths, and focus on your breath.  When your mind wanders, and it will, just bring it back to your breath.
